We had a wonderful stay in Florian's flat. It is a new flat with all modern conveniences. The place was in super condition. Close to motorway A9 and 30-40 minutes drive from Munich. Scheyern is nice Bavarian village. Florian was fast responding and very helpful. We gives Florian our best recommendations.

  • What amenities are included at Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni?

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.

  • Is everything provided or do we need to bring anything with us?

    All apartments are fully equipped. Wi-Fi, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, selection of teas, and much more are provided. 


    Bedding and towels are provided and everything is ready for you upon check-in. A TV or projector is available in the apartment, and streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Video are available. There is also a tablet for surfing the internet and an Alexa for listening to music. So nothing stands in the way of a perfect stay.

  • Is there parking at the accommodation?

    Each apartment has its own parking space, some even have two. So you can park directly at the accommodation and don't have to look for a parking space. Instead, you can check in quickly and easily after arrival. 

  • How does check-in work?

    Check-in is super easy and can be done completely independently. So it's no problem at all if you don't know your exact arrival time or if you arrive late in the evening.


    Early check-in or late check-out is usually possible by arrangement. Please just let us know if you need this.


  • Is the apartment family-friendly?

    Families are always welcome. Upon request, a high chair and a travel cot can be provided for small children. The apartments also have various games for children.

  • What activities are there in the area?

    There are numerous activities and things to do and see in the surrounding area. 


    After booking, you will receive a variety of recommendations for great and exciting activities, as well as delicious restaurants and bars. 


    You will also receive tips for the most beautiful places in Bavaria. This means that even during a longer stay, you will certainly not get bored and there is an incredible amount to discover and experience.


  • Is there a supermarket nearby?

    All apartments are just a few minutes' walk from a supermarket. There are also restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
