Hello, or as we say in Bavaria - Servus!

My name is Florian and thank you very much for visiting my apartment. I am really pleased and I would be very happy to welcome you. My ultimate goal is that you have a very special and great stay! I love to travel myself and try to give as much as possible of the great things I have seen or experienced to my own guests. If you have any questions or need help, I am always available for you. And before your arrival I will also give you many helpful tips for restaurants, bars or activities, so that it will be a really great and unforgettable stay.

Cancellation policy
- Full refund for cancellations made earlier than 5 days before the arrival date
- 50% refund for cancellations made 14 days to 5 days before the arrival date
-No refund for bookings made 5 days or less prior to arrival


Other Information
- Children are welcome
- If needed there is also a travel bed for children
- In the apartment is a selection of different games
- A check-in at a later hour is no problem
- There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer
- Spices are available in the kitchen and are free to use
