Cancellation policy

In the event of a last-minute cancellation, it is often not possible to rent out the apartment to another guest. We therefore ask for your understanding that in the event of last-minute cancellations, only part of the booking amount can be refunded, or that in the event of very last-minute cancellations, no refund will be given. The cancellation policy is as follows:

- Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date

- 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival date

- No refund for cancellations made 5 days or less prior to arrival date

- Full refund for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking
